BRAMLEYS At 900 feet above sea level in one of the most inhospitable climates in the British Isles, we at Bramleys can offer you hospitality whatever the weather and are proud to say: “If it grows here, it will grow anywhere!” We are Mike and Carol Bramley and we moved to Hill Top in 1975. We had a successful farm supply business until we decided to utilise our passions and talents for gardening by opening Bramleys Garden Centre. We are ably assisted by Mags our 'can do' Lady, available most afternoons. “If we don’t know the answer, we will find it out for you!” We have an excellent reputation for high quality hardy plants and expert gardening advice. If Mike or I don’t know, we have an extensive library and expert partners we can call upon to provide solutions to your garden queries “A Garden centre without gizmos!”
We don’t sell fish, water features or garden gimmicks, but most importantly in the credit crunch – reasonable prices – something you rarely find in garden centres these days. “If we’re here, we’re open"
We may not have a coffee shop but as so many of our customers have become friends over the years, if we are out in the yard having a glass of wine on a sunny evening you may well be invited to join us and maybe a cheeky Pinot may encourage you to make that purchase!
